About Wall Street Friend
Wall Street Friend is a free research tool for understanding how stocks behave around earnings. It pulls together historical price reactions, upcoming earnings-date estimates, and SEC filings so individual investors can do the same kind of homework that used to require expensive terminals.
Who builds it
Wall Street Friend is built and operated by All Things AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation. It is a software product, not a brokerage or advisory firm.
Where the data comes from
We use a small number of authoritative sources and attribute them everywhere:
- Alpaca for market and historical price data (alpaca.markets).
- SEC EDGAR for company filings — 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and 13-F (sec.gov/edgar).
What it does
- Earnings analytics — beat rates, average moves, and history for 4245+ reporting stocks.
- Price-reaction history — how each stock has actually moved across past earnings releases.
- SEC filing research — search and read filings straight from EDGAR.
- Earnings-date predictions — estimated next report dates derived from each company's historical reporting cadence.
- Paper-trading backtests — test earnings strategies against history with simulated money.
For exactly how the predictions and movement numbers are computed, see our methodology page.
What it does not do
- It is not investment advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
- It does not place real-money trades. There is no real brokerage connected.
- All trading features are paper trading only — simulated, for education and testing.
- Past performance and predicted dates are estimates and may be wrong. Always verify against official sources.
